Every farm and every family is unique. We design a system that fits your land, your goals and your way of life.
Good design uses water, gravity and nature so the system works on its own — and gets better every year.
We've spent five years transforming our own farm in Cádiz, Andalusia. We don't sell theory — we share real experience from a self-sufficient farm in action.
Three options to suit your needs — from a first exploration to full annual support.
Step 1
€200
Send us photos and plans of your land along with your dreams and goals. We return a diagnosis with ideas, solutions and a clear concept for structuring your project.
Includes a 60-minute consultation to explore the possibilities together.
Ideal if: you want clear direction before committing to a full project, or prefer to implement it yourself.
Step 2
€1,200 – €2,500
depending on size and complexity
Full project with all maps: water, access, structures and final vegetation map. Includes plant list, planting guide and explanatory document for each decision.
Everything needed to get your farm started with clarity and confidence.
Ideal if: you don't have time to learn permaculture from scratch and want a solid, practical, ready-to-implement plan.
Step 2 + Support
€3,000 – €5,000
depending on size and complexity
Everything in the full design, plus quarterly consultations for a year: we review progress, resolve doubts and plan the next steps.
Includes a 60-minute video call per quarter and ongoing support for day-to-day challenges.
Ideal if: you want to avoid beginner mistakes and move forward with support and confidence during the first year.

Farms, school gardens and community spaces transformed into productive, regenerative ecosystems.
El Viento del Sur Childcare Centre, Puerto Real

A closed, regenerative and self-sustaining demonstration system that the children themselves can maintain. It integrates rainwater harvesting, composting, vermicomposting, efficient irrigation and a rich mix of edible and aromatic plants, all working in synergy.
The result is a garden that teaches without words: that the earth is not exploited, it is cared for. That diversity is wealth.
Arquitecto Leoz Primary School

The school courtyard had a recurring problem: roof water flooded the garden every winter. We turned the problem into a solution — that roof collects up to 100,000 litres per year. The design channelled all that water into tanks and incorporated efficient irrigation systems that save up to 70% compared to a conventional garden.
A demonstrative garden that educates children, teachers and families in the conscious use of water.
Syntrophic forest — before and after in 1 year

Dani wanted a productive plot rich in biodiversity, without being overwhelmed by work. We designed an integral system with four sectors. The first syntrophic food forest showed impressive vigour in just one year: diverse harvests, trees that grew over three metres and first fruits.
The success was such that Dani is already planning to replicate the model across the rest of the farm.
Transformation from monoculture to diverse regenerative system

An old plum monoculture farm transformed into a diverse system where production, ecology and aesthetics intertwine. The design integrates a network of ponds, a food forest with varied fruit trees, annual crop areas, strategic beehives and an artificial crater that creates a Mediterranean microclimate in a continental region.
"An extraordinary design in both vision and execution: productive, educational and inspiring, with each element carefully thought out in balance with ecology and sustainability."— PDC jury, Geoff Lawton
From city to countryside: a real story of transformation in Cádiz.

We are Natasa and Marko, a couple from Serbia who, after years of urban life in Prague, decided to look for something different. In 2020 we acquired a small farm in Cádiz — no electricity, no hot water, mountains of rubble — and started building our life from scratch.
Just three days after receiving the keys, the COVID lockdown began. But that accelerated the decision: we moved onto the farm and started learning by doing.
Today, five years later, we have a cosy home, a self-sufficient farm in the heart of Andalusia and a life that makes sense. In 2024 I started the official Permaculture Design Course with Geoff Lawton, one of the most recognised figures worldwide in permaculture, and in 2025 I received the PDC certificate.
What we offer is not theory. It's the result of years of observation, mistakes, learning and real abundance on our own land in Cádiz.

A clear, step-by-step process that turns your land into a productive and resilient ecosystem.
First and most vital. We design how to capture, store and distribute rainwater by gravity — no pumps, no bills. Every litre that falls on your land is put to use.

Paths inspired by the fractal patterns of nature — efficient, functional and alive. Well designed, they capture water, fertilise the soil and serve as grazing corridors.

We place the house, gardens, chicken coops and greenhouses in the most energy-efficient location. Zoning ensures that what you use most is always close at hand.

An integral map bringing everything together — water, access, structures, existing and planned vegetation — accompanied by a plant list, planting instructions and an explanatory document for each decision. A clear plan, ready to implement.
The most natural and regenerative alternative for abundant food production.

Inspired by ecological succession and developed by Swiss farmer Ernst Götsch, syntrophic agroforestry combines plants of different life cycles in diverse communities where each species fulfils a function and supports the others. The result: accelerated soil regeneration, continuous harvests from the first months and a system that becomes more fertile with every pruning.
We integrate it into our permaculture designs as a particularly powerful tool for farms in Andalusia that want to restore degraded soils or create high-productivity food forests.
Permaculture is not just farming. It's a way to live with autonomy and purpose.
When your basic needs are covered from your own land — healthy food, water, shelter, a pleasant environment — you gain something invaluable: time and freedom.
It's not about going backwards or living in austerity. It's about building solid foundations for a full life, where you can dedicate energy to what truly matters.
We believe in the quiet power of those who become examples: who inspire more through their actions than through words. Real change starts small — your garden, your land, your everyday life.
